The movers worked hard and managed to get nearly everything loaded into the truck in a reasonably stable way. I appreciate their effort and persistence in getting the job done. However, communication was a challenge since English was not their primary language, which made it difficult to explain instructions clearly. I also noticed that boxes labeled 'Fragile' were not always handled with the level of care I expected. While I relied on their expertise, I found myself needing to step in and guide how certain items were loaded. Overall, they got the job done, but the experience could have been smoother and more careful.

Movers were scheduled to arrive at 1 but didn’t arrive until 230. I had to reach out for an update after 1 and was told they were having issues with their vehicle. Would have been nice if they communicated this before I had to reach out for an update. They did arrive eventually though and worked fast the entire time. Once I reached out they were fast with updates and kept me updated on when the new crew would be arriving which was appreciated.
