Paid for two movers for two hours- when they showed up, one left in his car because he had forgotten something elsewhere. He was only supposed to be gone twenty minutes, and didn’t show back up until two hours later at the new residence. The one mover and my boyfriend ended up moving every single piece of furniture into the truck, and started unloading it at the new house, before the second guy decided to meet up to help again. I realize accidents happen, but I should not have had to pay the same price for two movers, when the second one didn’t do anything until the last fifteen minutes. I felt so bad for his partner who was very nice & helpful, but ultimately could not do much on his own. Very disappointed in this service overall, everything was so much harder & took longer than it needed to be.
