  • Unbelievably awful. Crazy slow and didn’t know how to utilize the U-Haul truck space. One of the workers I don’t think did anything unless I was looking at him. Couldn’t communicate well at all because neither spoke a word of English. I bought mattress covers and couch covers and told them to use them, they didn’t. They got dirty in the truck. Multiple things dented. Destroyed my bed frame and proceeded to work on that forever rather than move to the new house and help unload after I said we should go so they could help there. I was told through a phone app that they would still come after even if I went over on time because this was their fault. They proceeded to not follow to the next house but just leave me with no help to unload the truck. Their customer service rep on the phone said I would need proof of this or he couldn’t send any help. He also said I didn’t book load and unload when the booking and Apple wallet ticket clearly say so. Liars and cheats. Do not book
