  • Service was great while performing the job. However, when I called to get an ETA on their arrival, his response was (oh was that today). They were supposed to arrive between 1-2 PM but didn’t arrive until 530 PM. He was very apologetic about the misunderstanding but needless to say I was forced to return the UHaul truck a day late. Fortunately, the UHaul yard allowed me to drop it off the following day first thing in the morning. It was a very inconvenient and stressful afternoon.
