    Good morning. Im sorry for your experience. But , i dont know how we scratched or broke anything. You pre wrapped your furniture before we got there. And there was no damage when we unloaded. You were completely satisfied when we were there. Again my apologies for your experience. Please contact me for any repair or replacement.
