    Horrible experience. After the truck was packed Dylan, the guy Colby the boss assigned to drive the truck to Florida, called me to say he needed $1700 paid to him or he wouldn't pick up the truck. I asked him to have Colby call me. Dylan is calling and texting me constantly while I'm driving the truck. I don't talk on the phone or text while driving. When I stopped, I called Colby who said it was all a misunderstanding, not blackmail. I asked him what happens if Dylan is driving the truck and the next day he wants $1700 more dollars or he just leaves the truck somewhere? Colby agreed to refund the money. He said it would be 4-5 days to get the refund, today is the fifth day and I don't have a refund. I tipped team Montie, the guy's packing the truck, very well they always do a good job. Colby, the manager, and Dylan clearly aren't trustworthy.
