• Communication was great and the movers finished before the time slot I booked was up. However, my overall rating is 1 star because I’m missing the side rails to my bed set. I can’t put my bed together without them!

  We appreciate your feedback. When your items were delivered everything that was in storage was taken directly to your apartment. If the bed rails were not there upon arrival it is possible they were misplaced before our team ever loaded your items from storage. Unfortunately since we only moved what was present in the unit there is no way for us to have done anything with the missing rails. We also noticed your message came 23 days after your move which makes it difficult to trace what could have happened before our involvement. We are sorry to hear about the issue but based on the details our team completed the job as requested and on time.

• Communication was amazing, had no problem helping us put things where we wanted them and unloaded our 3 bedroom apartment in 2 hours. Definitely will be recommending them and booking in the future.
