Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Juan and Fernando were great, timely, polite, perfect english, had all the right tools, assisted perfectly and went the extra mile with attention to detail. They treated my furniture as if it were their own. Highly recommend, you won’t find anyone more professional.
The two guys that helped us were incredibly efficient and helpful during our move! Once you book, I did reach out via email to confirm time and date which I recommend. Would 100 percent work with them again!
The guys were nice. A few suggestions 1. Bring equipment. If it hadn’t been for storage facility, they would have been carrying or sliding boxes through the facility. 2. They did ask for a tip. Honestly the move was super easy. It was mostly bins. Not to mention I paid $100 an hour. Not sure what overhead looks like by comparison, I think that was pretty fair for my type of move. I drove the truck. I just needed them to clear the unit. However, both were very respectful. Although I do not plan to move no time soon in the Philadelphia area, I would recommend you guys. Good customer service overrides the above.
