  • Communication was good and nice but I am very overwhelmed and stressed with the way My stuff was NOT organized inside the uhual .It looks like my stuff was just thrown in there no real thought of how it was put in . to be on U-Haul for professional, moving it’s not professional in my opinion. They were nice, but again when I open up my U-Haul, I am terrified to see what the damage is. Glass table is right next to the U-Haul door. Antique table, which is pretty heavy but just thrown on top of everything. It’s very unorganized. I would like a partial refund cause I know there’s gonna be damage. I have boxes literally just thrown on top. This is my reasoning

  • Super easy communication! Gina was in touch as soon as I booked and was able to even reschedule me last minute due to my work schedule. Both Davon and Gina were great at making the most out of the space in my U-Box and we got everything in which I don't think I would have been able to do if It was just me loading it on my own. Very impressed and happy!
