  • I would not book with this company again. Initial communication was not great. They would not confirm an arrival time the day of (a window of 9-5 is not helpful). This was clearly a family operation and at one point in the afternoon it was obvious a young child was left in the vehicle unattended and screaming. The system outage on May 18 did not help, but professionalism and communication are so important. I tipped generously in cash; the work got done and I could not do it alone. But I rebooked with another company.
