they called me at 9 30am and when i called at 10 and kept calling several times for the next 2 hrs no one was answering. I also sent emails that no one answered so i wasn't even sure if they were going to come or not. When I finally got a hold of them she said she will send me a confirmation email which i only received 20 minutes before my booked time, only for the email to say that i should allow them an hour to arrive?? I don't know how this is okay given that people book the elevators for a couple hrs and they are going to arrive after one of those hours. For the cleaning i asked team lead and maid directly to just touch up the place because we are moving, we didn't need it deep cleaned. Instead they ignored our wishes and just kept deep cleaning and the 2 hrs passed and only the kitchen and bathroom were done so now we need to continue the rest of the apartment.
