  • They contacted us on the day of the move to try to start earlier than the 4pm scheduled start time. (Without checking the drive time) We set up a new time of 3pm. Then they proceeded to text updated arrival times of 315, then 345, then 354. Wasted an hour of my time. No apparent uniform to tell who they were and Jacob wore noise canceling headphones the entire job. These two worked hard but had little training.
