The unloading from Uboxes into our apartment was done efficiently considering we had two flights of stairs and it was a very hot day. Our helpers arrived before time and completed the job in time. It could have been done better in terms of how they handled our fragile stuff which was marked FRAGILE with directions on which side has to be facing up. Some fragile items were stacked at the bottom with heavier stuff on top.
