  • I only hired for just 2 hours of labor. They showed up 10 mins late. Upon arrival they were not very communicative and looked annoyed to even be there. Nothing was of a hurry to them and they were at their own speed this including us bringing everything out except the large items so all they needed to do was load. When unloading at the new place everything seemed to be a big deal when asked to move it to another room etc. not only were they 10 mins late we finished 30 mins early and they still charged for the full 2 hrs.

    This is very unfortunate. It really does not make sense. There is a 2 hour minimum that has to be booked for any job. We were done 30 minutes early. Meaning that we were done faster than expected. The apartment was on the 16th floor. We are at the mercy of the elevator. Which needs to be loaded, unloaded, and walked down a very long hallway. You must have the wrong company. If we were that bad you do not tip 150 dollars. I know I would not. I am very sorry that you felt your experience was that bad.
