• Allen & Jeff were excellent; they had me loaded and unloaded within 3 hours, including the drive to the new place. Tetris wizards, they had everything in there in such a way that nothing moved on the drive across town and through bumpy construction zones. Will be hiring them again when the need arises!!!

• I’ve used the U-Haul moving help service a half dozen times or so and this was by far the worst crew I’ve had. I suppose I’ve gotten lucky with good crews in the past and gotten spoiled. I should have just turned them away when they showed up to the job with nothing but a dolly knowing my apartment was on the 3rd floor. They proceeded to stack all of my stuff onto the dolly and bounce it down the stairs. Of course all of the boxes did not make it down the stairs intact. On several occasions I considered just paying them for their time and sending them on their way but I had to be out of the place and didn’t have time to reschedule it. And since them flipping my dresser upside down, knocking on the handrail whilst bouncing it down the stairs on a dolly caused less damage than me dragging it down there by myself, I just watched and crossed my fingers. I’m still trying to figure out just what kinds of jobs the guy has been doing that he felt the need to keep asking me if things were going
