• Affordable Reliable Moving doesn't allow you to call them. There is only one phone number that goes directly to voicemail, and the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. The owner forces email only. But when you email to ask why no one has arrived 80 minutes after the scheduled move time, there is no response. Did they cancel? I had the truck and needed it loaded that day. The movers were eventually dropped off by a driver around 90 minutes after my scheduled start time. I asked the driver to speak to the owner, the person I was emailing. He called the owner and gave me the phone, so the owner does have a working phone, just not for customers. I was told the turnover rate was very high, very hard to find movers, even though my move was scheduled weeks in advance. Fine, just tell me you'll be late and no problem! No communication is unacceptable! I paid $254 for 30 minutes of movers, but it was a horrible experience. Affordable Reliable? I would like $100 refunded please.
