• Contacted me immediately after booking. Stayed in touch as I had to reschedule date. The 2 men were very helpful, quick & thorough. They put together anything they had to take apart to make. Even though my huge couch was about same width as my stairway, they made it clear without damage. Would recommend

• Company was very flexible and helpful. Uhaul's uncertainty in delivering the Uboxes made it less convenient - the Uboxes showed up later than the promised window.

• The service started over 5 hours late. I was told by one person on the phone that this was due to arguing among the various individuals involved at the company. I should not be hearing about internal squabbles, and arguments should not have jeopardized my service. It cost me a huge amount of difficulty.

  we apologise that our service did not meet your expectations but it something that should have been resolved in a professional way. last minute communication is not acceptable without informing each other. we will work on thriving in all aspect of our business so it wont effect us in the future. this has never happened before and will make sure it wont happen again.
