• The actual people who helped us move were great. The owner of the company not so much! They helped us for 2 hours but got paid for 4 hours. A piece of furniture was broken during the move and I hope the company takes responsibility for it.

Throughout the process we remained in consistent communication with you and made every effort to address your concerns. Although our employees who performed the move stated that they did not damage the furniture in question, we still took your concern seriously and provided you with a 50 refund as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the time charged, the agreed-upon service and payment were addressed directly with you and we worked to resolve your concerns professionally. We also appreciate your acknowledgment that the employees who assisted with your move provided excellent service. We take customer satisfaction and the reputation of our business seriously and while we respect every customers right to share their experience we believe it is important that the full circumstances are represented accurately.

• The actual people who helped us with the move were fantastic, but the owner of the company was not at all! One of the pieces of furniture got broken, a door to a hutch was snapped in half. We had their help for 2 hours but ultimately paid for 4 hours. They were overpaid, I hope the actual people who did the move with us get the majority of those funds!
