• This was our second time using this company. Carrie and her staff are amazing. Very friendly and professional. They were so careful with all of our furniture and possessions. Will use them again in the future should we ever need movers again.

• The lead mover was obviously experienced; the second mover was brand new that day. Because of the inexperienced helper, the loading and unloading went slow. During the unloading, I witnessed numerous tumbles of packed tubs where my items were scattered on the ground, which was very frustrating to see. When I unpacked my flatscreen after the move, I noticed a visible diagonal line across the screen. When I turned on the unit, half the screen was black. I looked at the TV box and noted the handhold was ripped upward and the lower left corner showed signs of crushing. I texted the lead loader on the evening the damage was discovered, and as of this date I have had no response from them. I understand that accidents happen during moves, but I expect professionalism in the people I pay to do a job. Again, I believe the lead mover was experienced and I trusted them to get the job done right, however, they were handicapped by having a totally inexperienced person helping.
