• Terrible Experience! I didn't realize it the first time I hired them. I had my floors replaced in my house and needed everything moved to a storage unit about 5 miles from the house. They loaded everything up. Everyone was super friendly but stopped to talk so much. In fact, they talked so much that I was charged extra for the Uhaul because they took so long. They charge by the hour, so I see the tactic. One guy had my new expensive night stand with a marble top on the dolly with my new microwave on top and when he got inside the building they both dumped onto the concrete floor. A corner piece of the marble broke off and it cracked the top. I didn't notice until I made it back home a week later. On the 2nd trip, They were 2 hours late, talked so much I was late returning the Uhaul, and they broke a leg off my washing machine. Jay said I could just order a new leg on Amazon. He wouldn't refund any money for my trouble. Also, BEWARE!!! there is an upcharge on weekends! Have proof!
