  • They don't deserve any stars. Main issues - - Scheduling Delays - We originally agreed on a 9.30a arrival. Dispatch later moved this to early afternoon. The crew did not arrive until 2p and only began working at 2.15p. - Incomplete Work - The crew left at 3.45p, despite having 30 minutes remaining on the schedule. They claimed their boss was sending another crew, which never happened. - Professional Misconduct - Dispatch pressured me for the payment code, falsely claiming the crew worked the full two hours. When I disputed the times, I was told it 'didn't matter.' - Poor Workmanship - The items placed in the storage shed were handled so sloppily that the unit appeared full. After my 70-year-old mother and I spent the next morning properly stacking the items, the shed was 3-quarters empty. The work was not completed. We had to finish unloading the truck ourselves, causing us both significant physical pain. Very unprofessional. U-Haul, do NOT ever use them again.
