Poor communication. Had to track them down to find out when they were coming. Told me 11am, then on the day of the move, called me to tell me it would be 2pm. Came 30+min late. Told me would only need 1 UBox to fit everything, although I had ordered 2. Then couldn't fit everything in. Had to leave some furniture behind, which they took. And barely made it to drop off the UBox before the UHaul store closed at 7pm. Kept telling me to just take things in my car, when I was driving across several states with a full car already. Still had to take several items in my car, insane. Due to the stress caused by them, felt was pressured to make choices I wouldn't have otherwise. Finally, asked that this one particular painting not be damaged that was irreplaceable, had to keep emphasizing that I didn't want my things damaged. Painting arrived with a giant bulge in the canvas. Looked like someone had punched it. Tried to make the best of working with them, but they were very unprofessional.

They were very efficient, nice, and careful with our stuff. U-Haul also screwed everyone over with the reservation and they handled the unfortunate circumstances with professionalism.
