Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
We were very happy with the unloading service. There was good communication from the company for the entire process from the reservation to the day of unload. Aiden and Buddy did a fantastic job moving our belongings to a 3rd floor apartment. They were very careful with our boxes and furniture. I highly recommend them.
If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I cannot say enough good things this crew! DaRayus, Dakeem, and Mikell were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I reached out, DaRayus was incredibly responsive and flexible. I had to adjust my moving date last-minute, and he still managed to fit me into their schedule that same week. On the day of the move, they showed up ready to go and took care of EVERYTHING. I didn't have to lift a finger! I was super stressed about whether my U-Box would be big enough, but they packed EVERYTHING, literally EVERYTHING into it, with room to spare! Not only were they insanely efficient and professional, but they were also so sweet, respectful, charming and kind, the entire time! Extremely, extremely happy with everything!
The two gentlemen worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived. They communicated with me when heavy traffic delayed them by 30 minutes. I had been delayed by that same heavy traffic myself. I offered them cold bottles of water but they did not accept until they finished. My items were going into a storage unit and would not have fit had these gentlemen not been so organized. They managed to keep up a friendly banter as they worked and I was very favorably impressed by them. I observed but felt no need to supervise as they were obviously competent and demonstrated professionalism in the care of my items.
