  • They only moved four pieces of furniture in two hours. We had more furniture pieces that we needed assistance with.I believe I’m entitled to a 50 percentage refund because that’s unreasonable. Now, with my husband deployed, I’m left to manage the heavy furniture on my own.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. This move involved carrying several large, heavy pieces from a second-floor apartment to a third-floor apartment in another building, with a long walk between locations and no truck on site. It was a hot day, and with multiple flights of stairs and heavy items, our crew worked as fast as we could with what we were given to work with while keeping your belongings safe. We recommend renting a truck next time to complete the job faster and more efficiently.

  • Movers were originally scheduled for a window between 3-4. Only one showed up and he helped move as much as he could before torrential rain forced us to postpone to the next day. We scheduled for 12 and the first mover showed up at 1130 but the second didn’t show up until after 1230. Care was not taken with my belongings and furniture was chipped, a bedframe piece got misplaced, my floor was gouged (no response from the company!), and things were placed very chaotically inside the home. They did finish early though.

    We take accuracy in reviews seriously and want to clarify the details for future customers. Your move was scheduled with a 12 PM to 2 PM arrival window. Even with a last-minute crew member call-off, we secured a replacement and began within the promised window. The dime-sized floor gouge you mentioned was existing prior to our arrival and was not caused by our team, as shown in the photo provided to us. Our crew worked to complete your move carefully and on time despite the staffing challenge. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and wish you the best in your new home.
