    I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with our work. I brought extra people and made sure none of your belongings were damaged. I understand your current situation made it more stressful than normal, but there is only so much we can do and that is our best. Sorry it wasn't up to your standard! When a four bedroom house is packed into a tight third story apartment and we're hauling treadmills, 200+lb dressers, adjustable bed frames and 100s of boxes down stairs it tends to take more time...sorry you were disappointed!
