• Terrible experience. I hired two guys for 2 hours each to unload a UHaul at a 2br apartment on the morning of Christmas Eve. The dispatcher went radio silent the night before and didn't text me until after the move-in time the day of the move. They showed up 3 hours late and I had already unpacked 90 percent of the UHaul by myself. I would've done it myself but I had some bulky furniture that required 2 people. The unload took so long that I was late to Christmas Eve with my family. The movers themselves were nice and helpful, hence 2 stars instead of 1 star, and I still tipped them. They told me their dispatcher was asleep and didn't send them the address all morning and that's why they were late. No refund offered or partial refund offered, considering disputing with my credit card.

• I ordered on the U-haul app. I got an immediate confirmation which said rhe movers would contact me with 48 hours. They did not calls to the number provided were not recalled. When Tom called me the day of the move he sid not know any of the information I had emailed and left in voicemail. Thwy showed up 44 minutes late. At least partially that was di to snow. They move the furniture quickly without and damage bb

• These guys were so quick and helpful with my move they also have great communication and I strongly recommend them
