    I scheduled a moving service for 4 hours of loading and unloading, starting at 9.30 AM. Instead, I got a call at 7.30 AM saying they couldn’t make it and might be able to send someone around 11.00. After multiple follow-up calls and delays, no one showed up until 4.50 PM, more than seven hours late. By that time, I had already done most of the loading myself because I couldn’t keep waiting. I even asked to reduce the time I booked and change the address for the unloading portion. When the movers finally arrived, they took 15 minutes to get started and finished in about 2.5 hours, but I was still charged for 3 full hours. I’m still waiting for a refund, and the only response I got was that they were sorry and surprised I was being too calm about the situation. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and no accountability. DO NOT HIRE!
