Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Wonderful experience—highly recommend! I booked last minute with a crazy time constraint, and they truly moved mountains to help me meet my deadline. They worked quickly without cutting corners and did it all with a smile. I really appreciated their flexibility and positive attitude throughout the entire process. Can’t thank them enough!
The movers were friendly, quick, and efficient. I paid for two movers for two hours, but did not get that. They finished one load in an hour, and we planned to go back and do another load within the 2 hour window, but they said it would be an additional charge for a second load. So, that needs to be specified next time or I would have gotten a bigger U-Haul. One guy offered to stay and help with the additional load (20-30 minutes) for $40. I couldn’t tell if they were scamming me or if there was miss communication.
Michael and Raul were awesome! They showed up on time, handled my boxes and furniture with care, and expediency. The most convenient elevator was down today (of course!), and they were very reasonable and understanding of the extra few steps to the other elevator. Highly recommend!!!
