This was my first time using UBox with On the Go Moving, and the experience was very disappointing. The movers were 3 hours late, claiming the Boxes weren't ready. They then pressured me to pay them under the table for the extra time before starting, and refused to let me contact U-Haul, which felt hostile. Thankfully, their private link did not work. They also arrived without dollies or supplies and worked slowly. Though they promised to provide locks, U-Haul contacted me the next day asking if I'd be coming to buy them. This meant my belongings were unsecured for 24 hours. I paid a premium and received poor service, with misleading reviews and they were unresponsive through the phone. Very dissatisfied and frustrated at the premium I paid.
