• Overall a good job by the actual guys doing the loading and work. This time around communication wasn't great, as I was told by text - at least a couple weeks before - my loading would be 'X time' but then I personally had to ask the day before the job for confirmation and was told 'oh it's actually Y time instead'. I had to initiate confirmation, they never did. Not great guys; the customer shouldn't have to be the one to confirm times. Other than that, the guys did great, were polite and listened to our moving needs. The only negative was I had to adjust the final moving box myself because the random items weren't loaded with much thought and it was a bit careless. The strange shaped items needed to have blankets over every item to keep from scratches but for that last box they didn't really do that, thus I had to redo a bit. But to be fair, it seems every mover I've ever had for loading purposes does something similar and haphazardly at times.

• I wish I would have unloaded the truck myself and only had the movers move furniture. They were unaware of stacking same weighted boxes and trying to conserve space. I would have to go behind them and fix what they had set down (restack boxes) or the storage unit would have been filled before we were done. One had just set a table down with open space behind it and called it good. I saw that and was very unsatisfied, which I moved to sit backed up to boxes. Then had to move everything that was set in front of the table back to open more space. Definitely would not recommend this company.
