mover said he will not work at a flat rate and was trying to charge $135 an hour for at least 4 hours

I spoke to “Box Pack n Move” on the phone. He was very unprofessional. First, he asked me to call uhaul to find out when the ubox will be available. I spent 30 min on the phone to obtain this information. I called him and he didn't pick up the phone and didn't call back. I left a message but didn't hear anything. Then, I called again just now and he said that the 223 dollars are for the ubox only and that I need to pay him with a credit card separately an additional 135/hour, expected to take several hours. He yelled at me on the phone saying how preposterous it is to expect he will do the job for 223 dollars on a Saturday.
