Overall it was okay but compass moving is slow on getting things moved so they can get extra time & pay. Also wanted to charge more for hot tub but didn’t bring up the additional charge until the end of the move.

The time it took was to pack properly and make sure your items were not damaged during the move A hot tub is a heavy item which we did move at no charge
