  • Clint was absolutely rude and obnoxious All I said was did you guys make a scratch on my cabinet he burst at me saying don’t assume things He started yelling and giving me attitude Saying I will leave with your pod if you talk to me like this He asked me where to put the Cabinet I said in the bedroom he left it in the middle so I said can you please keep it against the wall he said you need to be more specific The time he walked in he was absolutely rude the second helper was nice. Also he closed the pods already and asked me to sign I step stool is in one of the pods please return it to me

    Thanks for your feedback. Clint is our top mover amd we take his reports seriously. Our crews presented photos of damaged items at the beginning of the move and it was observed by a manager on the phone during your move that you were raising your voice and saying disrespectful things to the movers and that you blamed the damage on them and did not ask about it. Our crew are not expected to tolerate these things gron customers amd reserve tje right to refuse service because of it. It was also acknowledged on your invoice that a walkthrough was completed and the pods were inspected. If you would like to inspect your pods again, please call uhaul.
