  • The movers seemed to be new. They did not bring any tools to help themselves and used my creeper and dolly. They seemed to have little knowledge of how to load a u-haul. I had to help with a few things. The movers who unpacked me made the comment, ‘If the people who loaded this knew what they were doing, you wouldn’t have had to add another trailer.’ Needless to say, I had to rent an additional trailer. I would not hire them again.

    Hello there we are extremely sorry you wernt satisfied with your move, while we appreciate the feedback there are many disclaimers when booking our services that we are not allowed to use our own tools and or dollys when completing moves through moving help. I also got a call from my guys during your move telling me you were being abrasive, difficult and wanted them to load the truck your way and wouldn't allow the professionals you hired to load the truck the way it's supposed to be causing a lack of space.

  • They were so great!! This was my first experience hiring movers so I wasn't sure what to do, I tried to make it as easy as possible. They asked questions to make sure what to do and they were both very polite!! Well use this service again!!
