  • Second worker Jacob slacked off, banged and scratched walls and doors in brand new home after asking to be careful. Got into argument with the other mover Dave, then sat I. Car last 1.5 hours. I had to step in to help Dave the entire unload, even with a bad back. I was admitted to urgent care with a disabled low back 4 weeks ago, but had no choice with a full truck load. Dave was good, professional, and helpful throughout however. I need a refund for half of this, will not use this provider again.

  • I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided during my move. The load unload team handled my furniture with very poor care. They broke my coffee table and left it somewhere in the building I moved out of without informing me. I had to discover this myself. In addition, they damaged all the corners of my dining table, several chairs, and a dresser. The overall quality of the work was unacceptable and far below reasonable standards. I expect accountability and a resolution for the damages caused.

    Sorry to hear that brother we moved each table with care transporting with to and from with blankets can you please send clear pictures with damages in sight and we will get you squared away with whatever cost once again apologies
