  • Martin and his assistant arrived early and began right away. They were friendly and professional, hard-working and fast. Wasn't interested in discussing particulars of wrapping furniture and ultimately did not wrap anything. Put some blankets on furniture once it was loaded but loading of furniture was generally sloppy.

    I apologize that you were unhappy with our work, but as I had informed you, we are a moving business. We load your prepackaged items onto your rented, moving truck or unload your prepackaged items. We do not offer packing services as clearly stated in our terms and conditions those are additional fees. But thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you. I thank you for your tip.
