• They were paid for a job that was not able to be completed that day and would later never be . I was due to leave Augusta the night of the 19th but was held up because the movers stated they need another U box and could not pick up the 3rd because they was so late U-Haul closed. I asked them to meet me at U-Haul about 7am. They did meet but the owner was so impatient and rushing to leave staying that it was his day off . I asked him was there anything that they needed before I left because i would be getting in the road shortly. He stated the was all good and the item left the first day would definitely fit into these boxes with room to spare. I was contacted be my CubeSmart (the place where my items where being packed from) and they informed me that my unit was not empty and that there was items of importance left behind. My son that passed away memory bag was among the things that were left. When I filed a complaint against them the owner then accused me of trying to scam them

  For all other customers seeing this review this is an example of a customer trying to bring my rating down due to me calling them out for their scamming. She originally ordered two U boxes and when I arrived it was way more than two u boxes worth of stuff. Not to mention nothing was packed properly and looked like a tornado had gone through the storage unit making the job way longer and difficult than initially expected. The U haul place did close by the time I went to get the other u boxes and I came back out there in the morning. The part about me rushing is a complete lie I have never said anything like that ever to a customer ever in my life. The second day I had explained to her about the payment code being needed at the end of the job. I went to the storage unit and packed absolutely as much as I could and every thing still wouldnt fit. I have pictures. When I called she had her phone off. Had to call off friends phone and threaten to call cops to get the code.
