MAJESTIC MOVING
I booked a 3 hour move which took longer than expected so I asked for extra time. They said no, but did end up doing it. When unloading, I tried to plug the fridge back in, and noticed it was frazzled and had a missing plug. I asked what happened. They said they didn't do it. I told them it was plugged in AND working before they moved it. I showed them the VERY FROZEN ice packs in the freezer. They still said they didn't do it. I asked if they unplugged it before moving it. They said no. They ripped it right out of the wall. I took pictures of the damage and a video of the frozen ice packs and sent it to their office. They still refused to take care of it. In fact, they said since they were nice enough to stay extra time that I should be fine and that it was just a simple plug and it is no big deal. I paid for the extra hour and it is going to cost me more money to fix the cord then I spent on the entire move. They refused to even apologize
