They were over 3 hours late. They kept blaming U Haul. They were scheduled for 9 am and it was confirmed more than once. I called them when did show and then they said they weren’t coming until 11am after we already confirmed time. Then at 11 they still were not there and said they were on their way. At around 11;30 they sent a picture they were at U Haul and U Haul loaded wrong box. We instructed them all along we only had service elevator from 9 until 12 noon. They showed up about 12;15 and did such a rush job. The U Haul blankets were soaked and they threw them in puddle. They seemed to be very angry with U Haul blaming them. I told them I did not want soaked blankets in the U haul box on our furniture.
