• They were very professional but my girl said they didn’t handle most of the items with care. Like the boxes that had the computer and other breakable items fell off from the dolly cause one of the guys didn’t assist the lady carrying it and left her by herself despite knowing it required two people and had breakable items. And the tv despite my girl telling them to wait cause she wanted to rap it in a blanket cause of the rain the lady agreed but the guy just picked it without care and carried it under the rain to the container and hit the tv on the edge of the container and threw it on and wrapped it. So water had enter it hopefully it’s still good but they did wrap it with clothes afterwards. She just didn’t like the items were handled and I saw this on the phone the one about the tv and the boxes with breakable items falling off on the floor. But other than that handling fragile items with care, the lady was professional, attitude wise and communicative till the container arrived.
