• They moved our items efficiently and navigated some tricky stairs well. The movers were punctual, very pleasant, and worked hard. The lower rating is due to the task to disassemble and reassemble a bed frame. Unfortunately, they were unable to reassemble the bed frame which left us a completely disassembled mess to deal with. In hindsight it would have been better if I had partially disassembled and reassembled it myself instead of trusting the movers to do it. They also didn't come with tools although I had checked that option on the intake form. Luckily I had brought all needed tools just in case. So I would give the service five stars on purely moving property, but would not recommend them if you need any disassembly and reassembly in your job. It would be better if the company didn't offer this aspect of service when they don't have the skills.

• It was so awesome the 2 gentleman who came they were pleasant to work with and professional and did a phenomenal job, if i would have known that this was an option before booking all my sons which was a joke I paid for 4 guys and 6hrs who didn’t do half of what these 2 men did in 3hrs. They are definitely who I will recommend in future. Can’t praise them enough. I am horrible with names my memory gets fuzzy at times so I can give them the proper credit they deserve, with these 2 men and my dad, brother and fiancé we were able to do 2 U-Haul loads in half the time I spent for 6hrs with all my sons and didn’t get half my belongings that’s a sad fact! I’ll get the name of these 2 guys and definitely will name drop them for future references.

• Showed up on time and got the job done quickly to load our truck up. Would recommend them for your move!
