  • I have used Uhaul movers at least a dozen times in the last 5 years. This is the first time I have dealt with such unprofessionalism. Outside of communication, the loading was a disaster. One of the movers, Anthony, was not in the mood when he arrived and did not want to move anything after an hour. We ended up helping Malik carry a heavy China cabinet and office desk because Anthony was just standing on the side. The worst thing was that instead of trying to organize the truck, they just kept carrying boxes, and we ended up reorganizing more than half of the truck, since the movers said that they can't fit everything in, yet it actually fit with space available after we have redone what we paid them for. They also did jot really try to wrap any furniture with provided uhaul blankets and ended up seriously scratching several pieces. I DO NOT recommend their services if you need help to load a truck and keep your belongings undamaged.
