  • Joe and Jasmine were absolutely amazing! They communicated prior to arrival and they were on time! They both worked hard to make sure that items were taken care of and put where they needed to be! After all the searching and all the other people that helped, I have to say that Locke is the best for your moving needs! I highly recommend them! They will go above and beyond for you! They work hard and they make sure they are not leaving you disappointed.

  • The husband acted nice at the beginning but when I asked him in a calm voice about scratches on my floor he went from zero to sixty in anger in a second. He raised his voice in unprofessional way and talked down to me. I didn’t respond back and walked away. The wife was very nice the whole time. The husband used my tool set to take apart a bed frame and then never returned it to me. When I asked in a text where it was they said it was in the moving truck. When we unloaded the truck it was nowhere to be found. I text them again and the wife was going to ask her husband, but never got back to me. The only conclusion to me, is that after he got mad at me he decided to take my 90 piece tool set. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am sorry you feel this way, but I would like to clarify a few things. I did not go from zero to sixty. I explained that there were scratches throughout the home, including rooms our team never entered or worked in. There were also similar marks in areas we never accessed. The conversation became tense after the concern was brought up following a discussion about the cost, but I was simply explaining our side. Regarding the tools, we used them to take apart the bed and placed them in the back of the moving truck. Once we leave the job, we cannot control what happens during unloading. We never intentionally took or kept the tools. Had we known the 30 dollar tool set was missing, I would have been willing to reimburse you. We work hard to provide professional service, and all of our other reviews have been 5 stars. This is the only review describing an experience like this. We respect every customers opinion, but we also believe it is important to share our side.
