    Strategic Moving Services

    Do not use this company. Saul, the owner, is very unprofessional. We contracted them for a 9 AM arrival. By 10 AM, the crew hadn’t arrived, and Saul offered no updates. When we finally reached him, he claimed a truck broke down and promised a replacement crew by 1-2 PM. The movers didn't show up until after 1 PM. Because of the delay, they had to work in peak afternoon heat without power. While the two movers worked diligently under harsh conditions, our floors were scraped, walls dinged, grill debris was spilled inside, and they dropped the treadmill's power wire inside the machine, rendering it inoperable. To make amends, Saul verbally promised to absorb the cost of the extra time. He later completely reneged on this commitment, offering only a $5 discount while inventing hidden fees he claimed to waive as a favor. When pressed, he refused to explain and demanded payment. The crew was decent, but Saul's dishonesty is unacceptable. We absolutely do not recommend.
