  • Came 3 hours later than requested, not responsive to email or phone, poor packing skills, simply showed everything in the U-Haul pods without thinking. Got paid for 4 hours, rushed it into 1.5 hours and did not bother to make sure everything is packed securely. I had to ask to use additional blankets to cover furniture.
