  • Communication could certainly be improved. On the day of, received a text that crew would be arriving at 130pm. When they hadnt arrived yet I sent a follow up asking for ETA, and didnt get a response. Crew eventually arrived around 150pm which was all good, however at around 440pm I received an email requesting an additional hour of payment (on top of the 3 hours we had payed for). This is despite the fact the crew finished up at 450pm, right at the 3 hour mark. Don't think it's very customer friendly to not communicate an update on late arrival time and then suddenly request more time before the originally requested hours are up. Aside from that, the crew was very helpful in unloading our pod and getting everything in the house including a large couch that proved very difficult to fit through the door way.
