  • I was told after the move had started that they would only move material into 1 vehicle (the U-Haul) moving things to the trailer right beside the truck would cost extra. I also paid for 2 hours and only needed 1 (which I knew would be the case) so I still had another hour of moving services I had paid for. I have used moving services through U-Haul many times and this is the first bad experience I have had. Do not recommend.
