• I’m giving the mover a fair rating to be generous. They were an hour and a half late, they broke my antique roll top desk, hopefully it’s repairable, They had a difficult time moving my refrigerator through a doorway that my 77-year-old friend was able to do by himself a few years ago, they completed the load, but bailed on the unload to go do another job. Fortunately, the business owner got another one of his teams to perform my unload. I hope there’s no other damage that I wasn’t aware of. I will never hire them again, and I would never refer them to anyone.

  We had to take the door handles off the refrigerator. And the antique roller was not broken at all. This client even wanted us to do the unload also. So obviously she was happy with the move. When we were in person after everything was loaded, she told me she would love to use us again if she ever needed anything moved in the future. I still made sure it all got unloaded, and nothing was broken.
