  • Movers were polite, communication was good and the pricing was affordable, but the moving experience itself was disappointing. The move took much longer than expected, items were not packed securely in the truck, and several belongings became dirty despite covers being provided. Furniture and boxes also shifted during transport, which raised concerns about possible damage. Overall, the team was professional in communication, but the organization, packing, and handling of items can use improvement.
