  • I’m sorry to report that I am not very satisfied about this move. I was told the name of the crew to expect. On move day, the guys showed up late and 1 of them was different than expected. The guys were slow and not efficient. We ended up going over time. They charged me cash but did not give change. 90 percent of my stuff was in stackable plastic totes. It should have been an easy move. One of the guys knocked over several of my boxes, multiple times. 15 boxes total hit the ground. As a result, there was damage to at least one of my boxes and some of the glass inside. He was quick to open and close boxes to check for superficial damage. So I did not fully get to see everything. I emailed back the person who set up the job, but have not had any kind of reply.

    Did offer resolution to customer to replace one picture frame that was damaged in box. Did not response to our email.
